GoldMine Web Import Form Demo

Instructions:
1) Enter your E-Mail address below.
2) Check your E-Mail in GoldMine.
3) When you open the e-mail it will automatically create a new contact record and
     import the data into GoldMine. 
4) Query Commerce Developers and see the contact record that you have imported.
    (Note: If you have an actual account with us, you receive an e-mail notification
    of each new contact that is imported.)
